Our B2B shop for business customers

There is no right of withdrawal or return for contracts with business customers (B2B). Goods may only be returned following prior agreement and as a gesture of goodwill. The buyer bears the costs for transport, customs clearance, and any applicable fees.

All offers in this catalog are valid only for commercial, trade, and industrial customers; we do not supply consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), nor do we grant such a right contractually. Orders placed are binding on the customer. As a general rule, the exchange, return, or cancellation of validly placed orders is excluded.

Furthermore, there is generally no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
